Cub Scout Pack 1000 is located in Johns Creek, Georgia. We are chartered by Church of the Hills Presbyterian USA. We meet on the Second Monday of the month at Shakerag Elementary School Cafteria from , 7-8 pm.

Cub Camp Registration

SAVE THE DATE! Milton District's Cub Camp is being held in June (Twilight Camp: 4PM to 8:45PM June 6th to 10th 2010 and Day Camp: 9AM o 1:45PM June 7th to 11th 2010.)

Last year Pack 1000 had 20 scouts participate in the fun activities and many parents who volunteered and met a wonderful group of scouting parents in the process.

I hope you consider sending your son to camp this year and also consider taking this opportunity to volunteer and spend a week at camp with your son. See ht elink below for more details.

This is a wonderful opportunity to spend a week with your son and other wonderful boys in the District. If you are a full time volunteer we have Sibling Camp for your little ones. (They must be potty trained)

Johns Creek Super CPR Saturday

In conjunction with American Heart Month, "Super CPR Saturday" returns Feb. 27 with free lifesaving classes for all Johns Creek residents and business owners in cardiopulmonary resuscitation and automated external defibrillator use.

FRIDAY February 19th and Saturady February 20th - Check-in and test runs will be Friday evening from 7PM to 8:15PM. Racing starts at 8:30 Saturady AM. Late checki-in Saturady 8Am to 8:15. NO RACERS ADDED AFTER THE START OF THE FIRST RACE. Remember to follow the rules when you and your son build your car. The rules are posted in the Files section of the web site. A Scout is Reverent. - Scout Sunday Church of teh Hills 11AM February 21st. Join us as we celebrate Scout Sunday with the Church of the Hills. The Church of the Hills is our charter organization, which means without them we wouldn’t exist. Take time on Scout Sunday to join the rest of the pack families as we celebrate Scouting with the rest of the Church of the Hills family. Please mark you calendar and attend this celebration.
